SINGAPORE – A 29-year-old woman was discovered dead outside the kitchen window of a third-floor unit at Block 104 Bukit Batok Central on September 25, 2023, at around 6:20 a.m. A video circulating on social media shows Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) personnel lowering her to safety.

Upon arriving, SCDF personnel found the woman hanging outside the kitchen window and secured her with safety ropes, lowering her to the second floor. Sadly, a paramedic pronounced her dead at the scene.

The police have classified the incident as an unnatural death. Preliminary investigations suggest no foul play, but authorities are continuing to investigate.
