“Dee Kosh Reveals Top 3 Local Female Celebrities Popular Among Changi Prison Inmates “

SINGAPORE: In a recent interview with influencer Xiaxue, former Singaporean DJ and YouTuber Dee Kosh disclosed the local female celebrities who captured the attention of inmates at Changi Prison.

Dee Kosh, who was sentenced to eight months in prison in August 2022 for sexual offenses against underaged boys, completed his sentence in March 2023 and has since returned to social media to share his experiences from within the prison walls.

According to Dee Kosh, the third most popular female celebrity among the inmates is Sonia Chew. He expressed his surprise at her popularity, stating, “It’s a bit odd to me because she’s not that attractive to me, but she’s on a lot of magazine covers, so it makes sense. People love Sonia Chew. In fact, when they heard that I used to do radio, they started asking me how she is in real life.”

Xiaxue correctly guessed the most popular female celebrity among the inmates—former Mediacorp actress Fiona Xie. Despite comments about her age in magazines, Dee Kosh confirmed, “Fiona Xie is still doing magazine shoots, that’s why everyone admires her inside the prison.”

The second most popular celebrity is Kim Lim, a well-known heiress and Xiaxue’s good friend. Dee Kosh noted, “She’s not an actress or a model, but she is everywhere in prison. They make paper fans out of her magazine features. They make stickers. People say, ‘This is gonna be my future wife’ or ‘When I go out, I’m gonna marry her.’ When she announced her divorce, they were like, ‘Wa! I got a chance.’”

Xiaxue added her thoughts on Kim’s appeal, stating, “You know the thing about Kim is that she’s not particularly cutesy; she’s not the sweet girl-next-door, but she’s sultry.”
