CHEFLAM’S, a renowned Sichuan restaurant from China, has launched its first international outlet in Singapore’s Central Business District, marking a significant milestone in the brand’s global expansion. Founded by Chef Lam Shan, who boasts over four decades of culinary expertise, CHEFLAM’S is known for blending traditional techniques with modern innovation. Chef Lam’s mastery of Sichuan cooking earned him a gold medal at the prestigious World Sichuan Award for his signature Kung Pao Chicken. At the Singapore outlet, diners can savour more than 20 of his most celebrated dishes.
