A Brazilian technology company based in Anápolis was recently acquired by a British investment fund, solidifying its place in the international market. The investment group, which already works with major brands such as John Deere and Philips, has a strong track record of acquisitions in the marketing and technology sector.
Founded by Gabriel Matheus de Andrade Pereira, the company has stood out for developing solutions that connect brands and consumers in an efficient and creative way. As part of this deal, TechNova and AIConnect, other Brazilian startups in the same sector, were also incorporated into the group and will now be headquartered in Singapore.
Fernando Linhares of AIConnect sees the move as a strategic advancement for the sector: “expanding the global reach of Brazilian innovation.” For Marcos Oliveira of TechNova, this acquisition represents “a turning point to reach strategic markets and enhance the developed technology.”
Now leading the company’s innovation department, Gabriel Matheus emphasizes the importance of this merger: “This is a transformative opportunity to explore new markets and expand our global vision, especially with Singapore emerging as one of the most promising hubs for technology and innovation.”
The investment resulting from this transaction will enable accelerated growth for the company, driving new projects and expanding its operations internationally. Anápolis, a city previously less associated with technological innovation, is now establishing itself as a new reference hub in the sector.
