“After five years as a Mediacorp artiste, local singer and actress Kiki Lim has officially parted ways with the company.

In an Instagram post on 12 March, she reflected on her journey with the broadcaster, expressing deep appreciation for the opportunities, experiences, and connections she gained along the way. “”Mediacorp has given me so much room to grow and collaborate with incredibly talented people,”” she shared.

Kiki, who will be turning 23 later this month, acknowledged the lasting impact of her time at the company. “”The memories I’ve made will always have a special place in my heart. I’m incredibly thankful to Mediacorp and The Celebrity Agency for their unwavering support.””

She also extended her gratitude to her fans, whose encouragement, she said, had been invaluable throughout her career. Looking ahead, she is excited to embrace fresh opportunities and invited potential collaborators to reach out. “”This is just the beginning of a new adventure,”” she concluded.

The announcement was met with warm messages from fellow artistes, including Chantalle Ng, Zhang Zetong, Seow Sin Nee, Kenneth Chung, and Bonnie Loo. Veteran actress Chen Xiuhuan offered her support, writing, “”All the best, dearie. Jiayou!””

Kiki first gained recognition as a child actress and later rose to prominence as a finalist in Star Search 2019. Her notable acting credits include Tanglin (2016), Last Madame (2019), When Duty Calls 2 (2022), Strike Gold (2023), and Kill Sera Sera (2024). She has also released two extended play (EP) albums.

Her departure follows a trend of veteran artistes exiting Mediacorp, with actors Chen Liping and Zhang Yaodong having left in January and February, respectively.”
