A new vegetarian coffee shop has opened its doors at SingPost Centre in Paya Lebar, offering a fresh breakfast option for the east side. Named Pang Pang Kopi — which translates to “fragrant coffee” in Hokkien — this latest addition from the Koufu Group brings a mix of local charm and modern design to the area.

Designed with retro aesthetics, the 60-seat café features earthy tones, wooden furniture, and a Nyonya-style kopitiam vibe, creating a cosy and nostalgic dining environment.

Pang Pang Kopi serves all-day breakfast sets starting at just S$4.80, featuring a selection of toast, soft-boiled eggs, and a choice of beverages. Beyond classic breakfast options, the menu also offers local favourites with plant-based adaptations, such as curry cutlet rice and nasi lemak.

Signature dishes include:

Truffle Gyoza La Mian Soup – S$10.80
Rendang Curry Pandan Nasi Lemak – S$8.80
Hainanese Curry Cutlet Rice – S$8.80

Operating daily from 7:30am to 9:30pm, Pang Pang Kopi promises a casual yet delicious spot for both early risers and anyone looking for comforting local-inspired vegetarian options in a modern setting.
