To meet the rising travel demand in Tampines, SBS Transit has announced the launch of a new bus route, Service 168A, set to begin on May 13. This new route will enhance connectivity for Tampines commuters, according to a press release from SBS Transit.
Route Details:
Bus 168A will start its journey from Woodlands Interchange, running through major stops along Woodlands Square, Jalan Kayu, and Tampines Expressway before reaching its endpoint at the bus stop on Tampines Avenue 4, across from Tampines Bus Interchange.
Operating Hours:
The service will run during morning and evening peak hours on weekdays and Saturdays, excluding public holidays, making it convenient for daily commuters.
The addition of 168A aims to ease congestion and provide a smoother transit option for those traveling to and from Tampines.
