Set on a hill slope amidst lush greenery and towering trees, the villas are part of the newly opened HomeTeamNS Bedok Reservoir clubhouse, which officially launched on January 4, 2023.

Each villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen, private BBQ countertop with an electric grill, and smart TVs with game consoles. Guests can also rent board/card games and mahjong sets.

Rates start at S$400 per night during off-peak periods and S$500 per night during peak periods for members.
Eligible servicemen can also opt for a complimentary 1-year HomeTeamNS membership as part of the NS55 promotion, available until July 31. Booking windows for affiliate members (SAFRA/PAssion/JOM) and the public will be announced at a later date.
