Set on a hill slope amidst lush greenery and towering trees, the villas are part of the newly opened HomeTeamNS Bedok Reservoir clubhouse, which officially launched on January 4, 2023.

An all-weather water adventure centre featuring Singapore’s longest indoor waterslide.

A six-lane, 50m-long infinity pool overlooking the reservoir.

The Villas: These villas provide an ideal setting for celebrations like birthday parties, baby showers, graduation parties, or bachelor/bachelorette events. Each villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen, private BBQ countertop with an electric grill, and smart TVs with game consoles. Guests can also rent board/card games and mahjong sets.

Rates start at S$400 per night during off-peak periods and S$500 per night during peak periods for members.
