Tasha Low, the 31-year-old singer, dancer, actress, and now proud homeowner, has given fans a first look at her new living space. Yesterday (Feb 10), she posted a short video on Instagram offering an exclusive glimpse into her shiny new home, sharing her excitement over turning her dream into reality.
While the exact move-in date remains unclear, Tasha had already given subtle hints of her new abode in previous posts. On the first day of Chinese New Year last week, she shared pictures of her cats inside the house, and earlier in January, she posted a photo with one of them in her kitchen.
In her most recent post, Tasha wrote, “Welcome to my cosy home! Turning a dream into reality feels so surreal. Here’s a little house tour to share with you guys — cheers to fresh beginnings and new adventures!”
The video tour showcased various areas of her home, styled with what seems to be a blend of wabi-sabi and cave-inspired aesthetics. Wabi-sabi, a design philosophy, values simplicity, tranquillity, and the beauty of nature and imperfection — all of which are reflected in her serene living room. The space, framed by a distinctive curved feature around the floor-to-ceiling windows, gives off a sense of peace and privacy, complemented by recessed lighting.
Tasha’s bedroom features a faux rock-textured wall, continuing the natural theme, while the neutral tones across the home extend to her pristine kitchen, which feels both welcoming and minimalist.
One of the standout features of the home is undoubtedly Tasha’s walk-in wardrobe, which includes a display cabinet with bright spotlights illuminating her impressive collection of bags and sunglasses.
The former K-pop star also appears to have a special shelf dedicated to meaningful items, such as a glass trophy she received at the Star Awards. Tasha was named one of the Top 10 Most Popular Female Artistes in both 2023 and the previous year, and the trophy holds sentimental value.
Tasha made her debut in showbiz in 2012 as a member of K-pop girl group Skarf, which disbanded in 2014. After returning to Singapore in 2018, she shifted to acting, starring in Jack Neo’s films The Diam Diam Era (2020) and its sequel, as well as in Mediacorp dramas like Hope Afloat (2024), where she portrayed a para swimmer alongside her best friend, Chantalle Ng.
Chantalle, along with actor Romeo Tan, celebrated Tasha’s milestone in the comments. Chantalle wrote “Yay” with a heart emoji, while Romeo cheekily asked, “Can I visit?” Tasha quickly responded, “Anytime!”
